Słabego 7, 80-298 Gdańsk, Poland, registered in the National Court Register by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division, under KRS No. 0000322254, Tax ID No. NIP 957-101-21-07 and REGON 220729446. The Metascope® brand has been protected since 2016.
Metascope® brands and creative IP
Diverger Polska Sp. z o.o. is the official operator and exclusive representative of the Metascope® and Metascope® Music brands globally. The names Metascope®, Metascope® Music, Metascope® Strategy, Metascope® Creative, Metascope® Culture, Prototype Fast™, Inka Ink, Inka Śpiewa Tuwima, as well as related characters, visual identities, logotypes, music, recordings, lyrics, scripts, videos, presentations, concepts, offers and proposals are protected intellectual property. Unless explicitly licensed in writing, no use, copying, publication, broadcasting, public performance, distribution, modification, domain registration, social-media impersonation or commercial exploitation is permitted.
